second stop: ritual. brandon there was super friendly and professional. we cupped a bunch of brazils, an ethiopia, and some other central/south americans. great coffees. he also showed me where they do most of their direct trade and where they have relationships with farmers throughout the world. we took a tour through the roasting area where the probat was on at full force and he showed me his favorite brewing methods and parameters for those. learned a whole lot. great people there.
